True Story

Tonight was my last night at work -- besides driving tomorrow. I worked a double shift so one of the girls could go spend the evening with her family and enjoy a Thanksgiving Dinner. Thus, I close for the first time on the eve of my last day at work. Getting good... So, we were way ahead of schedule so I got bored and started playing around. Found a button under the cash registar. Yep, I pushed it. Not much happend. Until about an hour later when as I am counting money out of the registar (just $1) a police officer walks around. Whew... I think I jumped out of my chair. He asks for my ID and where I live, I tell him, "St. Joseph's Church." So, long story short he barely even did anything much less look at us suspiciously. Either way, it was an entertaining evening!

Peace

Lol, I had an interesting story with buttons. As I was house sitting for some friends and I was about to go outside to feed the animals, I noticed one of those home security systems sitting on the wall, so I open the pannel to look at all the pretty buttons. oooooo, pretty buttons. Not pressing any I close the pannel, but aperently my finger hit one of the buttons, and it turned out to be the wrong button! A pircing alarm goes off and is ringing for quite some time, and I relize that out of all the information that was left the code to turn this thing off was not included! so I call the owners of the house and after the alarm ringing for about 30 mins I finaly got it turned off and I make my way out to do the animals. after about 5 minutes a police car pulls up with two people in it. I told them what happend and they took dow my I.D. number "in case the owners come home and say their house was broken in to, we know who to call". It was quite an experenice!

Besides that, you were in OA? did you make Brotherhood, or even Vigil?

oh Colin!  I pressed the silent alarm once but it was on purpose.  Quite an unpleasant experience.  Buttons are fun to push as long as they don't call the police when pushed.
